Twins

They say everyone has a twin in the world... and I happen to be lucky enough to be compared (often) to Olivia Palermo.  Aside from numerous friends and family pointing it out, a complete and total stranger came up to me on Monday as I was walking down the street with my hunky cop of a husband and said "you look exactly like Olivia!!! You know that girl on that show?" I knew exactly which show he was referring to... The City on MTV.  I said thank you and turned to my hubby who pronounced "So you got that one again hey?" lol YUP! And I will take it as a compliment in the looks department.  I'd like to point out that I am nothing like her personality wise (well at least not what they portrayed her as on MTV's The City.)

Okay so I can see in the face how we do look alike... the sad fact for me is that she's 1/8th my size aka she probably weighs 40-50 pounds less than me! There are some other similarities... we are fairly close in age... ugh but she's younger than me! Born February 28, 1986!!! I was born December 2, 1984. She is a model and an actress and so am I!  Okay so I'm only local in my small city but that is kind of similar!? She's a trendy New York Socialite... that's something I'd love to be? New York is one of my all time favorite cities I've only been there 6 times since 2001!!! lol okay I'm stretching it... that's about where the similarities end. 

In the City Olivia was a selfish, bratty B**ch! I'd like to think I'm not like that? But it also makes me wonder if she really is like that in real life... or was she just acting? On her wikipedia site it says she did The City in order "to familiarize herself with acting" so was it all a big act? I know we all loved to hate her on that show, but could someone really be that self absorbed, rude and idiotic in real life? My guess is yes, but I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt anyway.
