    Healthy Berry Crumble
Ingredients:4 cups of berries of your choice (or cooking apples, sliced OR any fruit you love!) My fav is raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries! mmmm 1/3 cup flour (whole wheat) 1 cup oatmeal, uncooked (not the instant kind)  1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup melted butter (I use canola margarine! OR I've been using apple sauce as a subsitute now!) NOTE: I added in a couple tbsp's of Flax Seed and Fibre to my dry ingredients!
          Directions:
Place berries (or apples); into 13x9 buttered pan (I use a glass pan - un-buttered.) Combine dry ingredients into bowl. Mix melted butter with dry ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour or until berries/apples are tender.

Spicy Chicken Chili

Ingredients:

extra lean ground chicken (turkey or beef)
1 can of canned tomatoes (or 2 real tomatoes)
1 can of tomato paste
1/3 cup of chicken broth or water (if its not runny enough for your liking add to your desire!)
1/3 cup chick peas
any veggies you have laying around the kitchen...
chopped carrots
chopped celery
2 tbsp chili powder (I usually add more because we like it spicy)
1 tbsp cumin
pinch of basil
pinch of oregano
my speciality ingredients: chopped peppers and pepperoncini!!

Guacamole

1 Avocado
1 Tomato
Garlic Spice
Cumin
Salt & Pepper

cut your avocado in half, while its still in its shell - cut the inside of the avocado into long strips horizontally, then cut it vertically - you should end up with cubes - squeeze the shell into the bowl and voila you have your cubes and nothing wasted or left behind in the shell! Stab the core and pull it out and do the same to the other half.

Cut your tomato into cubes and add to your guac.  Add a few shakes of spice and voila homemade healthy guacamole is ready to enjoy!

Note: you can add other veggies like red onions or peas!

Maple Baked Brie
1 brick of brie cheese
maple syrup
walnuts, pecans, or any nut of your choice

place brie into an oven friendly dish, place in oven for a few minutes (until the cheese is soft) - poor maple syrup over the cheese and add your nuts!

Breakfast Pizza

1 thin crust shell from your local grocer (I usually go with President's Choice Brand from Superstore)
3 - 5 eggs
Cheese spread
Sweet Chili Sauce

beat eggs (I mix in hot sauce) scramble on frying pan. Spread your cheese spread, sweet chili sauce or other desired sauces on thin crust shell. Add any other toppings you so desire. Place in oven at 350F for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
