Valentine's Day

Hubby and I exchanged our Valentine's Day gifts (I know, I know it's not Valentine's Day yet!) But we can never wait to give each other gifts, I think we did our Christmas gift exchange on Dec.16th lol! 

This year Hubby actually picked up on a hint I dropped a couple months ago and bought me a gift card to Eye Candy Optiks (in December/January they offer a $120 gift card for $100!) So I picked out a pair of Vogue shades last night and it's just in time for our Mexico vacay!

I bought hubby some slippers (he too has been dropping hints, I don't think his were quite as subtle as mine though...) "I WANT SOME SLIPPERS! My feet are cold, I NEED SOME SLIPPERS" Okay okay I get it, I will buy you slippers for the next available holiday!

Valentine's Day is a romantic love filled day, but it's extra special for us as it marks our 6 month wedding anniversary! A 1/2 year of marriage! haha I know it doesn't seem like much but it does add some special significance to the holiday. How has it been 6 months since our wedding already? Time flies!!!





I wanted to post some cute pictures (like the ones above...) and then I stumbled on this one and I couldn't NOT share it... if this doesn't make you not want to eat any treats this Valentine's Day then I don't know WHAT will...
